About Us
Hardscape Contractors of America ® was formed in 2017 by Bob Phillips, an experienced hardscaper from Eastern PA, continuously seeking to learn more about his craft and find community with other hardscapers across our great nation.
One night, out of curiosity about how hardscaping is done differently around the country; wondering if there were other methods used in different regions, or new types of design work, or wanting honest opinions of new hardscaping tools, Bob started this group, hoping to make a couple of friends and learn a few things as he continued to master his craft. It’s turned into much more.
Because of many other hardscapers with such a desire, the Hardscape Contractors of America ® Facebook community has grown from a handful of hardscapers to over 18K members.
We are proud of our community, and our goal is to support the hard-working hardscape contractors of North America to build strong businesses and create projects that last generations.
Hardscape Contractors of America ® has now become the premier community for contractors to join together, learn from each other, share their expertise with others, get feedback on best practices, learn about the newest tools for the job, or even just have a place to brag about their most recent project, because who can appreciate the hard work of a hardscaper better than another hardscaper?
